Delivery Timeline
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Use this to follow your package in real time. If your tracking has not updated within 5 business days of receiving it, please contact our support team.
Delivery Requirements
We ship to physical street addresses only. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, or provide delivery instructions for your carrier.
